By using QuantumDrama, you accept these Terms of Use.

1. The application

QuantumDrama is an audio player, mathematical analyzer and visualizer. It lets you select and play compatible files, analyze physical characteristics of the signal, display scores and categories, and generate visual representations.

2. Use of files

You decide which files to open and analyze.

3. Interpretation of results

QuantumDrama is intended for information and entertainment. Its results are not medical or psychological diagnoses, professional assessments, expert or forensic evidence, or objective determinations about a person. Do not use them as the sole basis for significant decisions about anyone.

4. Results and files

QuantumDrama may store on the device the information needed to display earlier analyses and organize files in the Playlist. If an original file is moved, deleted or becomes unavailable, it may no longer play. You are responsible for keeping copies of your original files and exported videos.

5. Video export

QuantumDrama can generate videos combining selected audio with its visual representation. You decide whether to save, share, publish, distribute or monetize an exported video.

When a video contains protected music, recordings, voices, images or other content, you must hold the rights, permissions or licences required for your intended use. QuantumDrama grants no rights over content you select.

6. Optional purchase

Certain features may be offered as a one-time purchase managed by Google Play or Apple App Store. Payments, purchase restoration and refunds are also governed by the relevant store terms and applicable law.

7. Licence to use

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited licence to use QuantumDrama under these terms. Except where applicable law expressly permits it, you may not:

8. Intellectual property

QuantumDrama, its code, design, brand, interface, text, graphics and visualizations are protected by applicable law. Using the app transfers no ownership rights over them.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not use QuantumDrama to infringe third-party rights; publish or distribute unlawful content; circumvent security or payment systems; interfere with the app; present results as professional diagnoses or evidence; or use results to harass, discriminate against, defame or harm a person.

10. Compatibility and availability

Operation may depend on audio format, device capabilities, available storage and operating-system version. Not every format is guaranteed to work on every device. QuantumDrama may be updated to fix errors, improve compatibility, strengthen security or modify features.

11. Responsibility

You are responsible for your use of QuantumDrama, selected files and exported videos. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not responsible for unauthorized publication or distribution, loss of unbacked-up files or results, compatibility problems, decisions based solely on results, or professional, medical, psychological, legal or forensic use.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy information is available in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when necessary due to legal, technical or functional changes. The current version will remain available on this website with its latest update date.

14. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the owner of QuantumDrama. Consumers retain the mandatory rights recognized by the laws of their country of residence.
